When measuring and selecting a measuring tool, it should be based on the accuracy requirements of the workpiece, so that the limit measurement error of the selected measuring tool is within the range of 1/10 to 1/3 of the workpiece tolerance. During the measurement, the temperature difference between the measuring tool and the workpiece to be measured should be minimized. For the measurement of precision parts, it should be performed under the corresponding constant temperature conditions.
