1. Location of clamping line. Before opening the mold, the mold engineer needs to carefully consider how to separate the molds, which will affect the problems of the subsequent products and the appearance of the product.

2. Check all functions used. When used as a product, fewer parts and less assembly work are better, because product costs can be reduced.

3. Product slope. All surfaces parallel to the moving direction of the mold should have a certain inclination, and the inclination should be such that the mold can be easily opened and the product can be taken out.

4. Radius principle. Avoid sharp edges, corners, sudden changes in surface, sudden changes in product diameter or wall thickness.

5. The positions of inserts, exhaust slots, air inlet pins, ejector holes, lettering and labels must be carefully considered.

6. Blowing ratio. During inflation, pay attention to the areas that cause the extremely thin wall geometry. These areas may be convex or concave parts. When the ratio of width to depth is too large, vacuum forming can be assisted.
